The current job survey shows that most software employees are planning to change their role due high pay for recent jobs such as data scientists, business analysts and artificial intelligence fields. also indicated work life imbalances, low pay, uneven shifts many other factors make think about changing life. In this paper, an efficient organisation of the company in terms human resources, proposed system designed a model with help random forest algorithm by considering different employee parameters. This helps HR department retain identifying gaps helping run smoothly good retention ratio. combination science can productivity, collaboration well-being organisation. It develop strategies have impact on performance external social factors.
